ALUMINA CERAMIC GRINDING MEDIA

Alumina Ceramic Grinding Media, as the name suggests, is used for particle size reduction by facilitating interaction between the media and the material in a closed space. 90% of alumina ceramic products are used for wear-resistant applications.

Alumina Ceramic Grinding Media has a high hardness which ensures prolonged resistance to chipping and cracking. Ceramic grinding balls and linings are suitable for applications where highly efficient grinding must be paired with low grinding media abrasion. Ceramic ball mill media is absolutely essential in many processes, for instance in medical or pharmaceutical applications, in order to prevent undesired impurities in the grinding materials used.

Alumina Ceramic Grinding Media are also suited for use in processes where mixing and dispersing effects play an important role. Media replacement and make-up charge levels drop significantly with the use of Mingxing Ceramics alumina grinding media. Alumina is the most common ceramic material used for ceramic grinding balls and ceramic ball mill media.
